Thank you for considering our products! To provide you with the freshest cookies possible, cookies are usually shipped early in the week so they will spend the least possible time in transit. Orders are normally sent via the US Postal Service (usually priority mail), only to street addresses in the continental United States.

MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express and e-checks are accepted through PayPal. Money orders and personal checks are accepted through mail orders. Master Card and Visa are accepted via phone orders. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks. No CODs.

Shipping is FREE on all online products!

Sales Tax
Orders in Iowa are subject to sales tax.

Return Policy
Food products are not returnable unless we have made an error. If that has happened, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt or your claim cannot be honored. No returns without prior authorization. Other items are returnable if we have made a mistake in processing your order. Contact us prior to returning any product at sales@homemadepizzelles.com or call (712) 225-0222 and leave a message.

Damage
Damaged product must be reported within 10 days of receipt of order. Either notify the carrier, e-mail us at sales@homemadepizzelles.com, or call (712)225-0222 and leave a message. Save everything including the damaged item and packaging material. A claim will be filed with the carrier. Homemade Pizzelles is not responsible for food product damaged by the carrier or hot weather.

To order on-line by credit card
MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express, and e-checks are accepted with on-line orders through PayPal. To use PayPal, you must have a PayPal account. When you process your order, a link will be available for you to establish a PayPal account if you don't already have one (there is no cost for establishing a PayPal account). Otherwise, go to https://www.paypal.com and sign up for your FREE personal account. You will then be able to process your order using your credit card.

To order by phone or mail
If you prefer not to use PayPal, you may call us with your order and pay by credit card over the phone. Or you could mail your order and payment with a check or money order. To order cookies by mail, print out and complete our order form. Mail the completed order form with your check made payable to "The Spice Rack" to:
